Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New).

For your booking within the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative.  
This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event. We will collect your data on behalf of the International Symposium On Pediatric Neuro-Oncology (ISPNO).

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.

Terms and Conditions
Please consider the following booking terms and conditions: - Until and incl. 30th April 2022 all fees will be refunded except for 50 EUR service fee. No refunds will be issued after this date. - Until and incl. 25th May 2022 you can convert your onsite ticket into a virtual ticket. The difference of the ticket price, less 20 EUR service fee, will be refunded. If the live congress cannot take place due to German governmental restrictions your booking will be transferred to the virtual event. If the social program cannot take place due to German governmental restrictions or decisions by the organizer, your payment will be reimbursed less 20 EUR service fee.

Payment

Payments shall be made in Euro by one of the following procedures:

Option 1: Bank Transfer

After completing your registration we will check your bookings and send you a confirmation of your registration and an invoice within the next few days. The details for the bank transfer will be stated in the invoice.

Note: Please instruct your bank to carry out the transactions "free of charge for the recipient".

Option 2: Online Credit Card Payment

Visa, MasterCard and AMEX will be accepted.
