Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New).
For your booking within the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative.  This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event. 
Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

Registration Options

 
The registration deadline is December 1, 2021.
The number of available tickets is highly limited and will be sold on a first come / first serve basis.

Registration costs include accommodation for 4 nights (12.03.-16.03.2022) in the conference hotel, breakfast and dinner (excl. drinks).
Additional expenses (travel, leisure activities, etc.) are not included and have to be covered by own funds.

If you chose the double room option, please indicate with whom you want to share the room. 
If there is no name indicated, you will be allocated to any attendee of the same gender.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation of registration: You may cancel in writing to MWCS@interplan.de before November 1, 2021. A cancellation fee of € 25 will apply. After November 1, 2021, no refund will be given.
