Prices

• Quotations are made in EURO
• The rate includes accommodation, breakfast and Spanish VAT.
• The rates are valid for the year 2024. In the event of an increase in local VAT, the rate will be adjusted accordingly. 
• All prices stated are exclusive of any additional charges required by law, in particular bed/city tax.

Cancellation terms

Free cancellation is available according to the following schedule: 

• 50% of the booked room allotment per day until 1st March 2024

            exception: 

• • 13th November 2023: Novotel Campo De Las Naciones & Pullmann Airport & Feria
  • 5th January 2024: Melia Castilla, Novotel Madrid Center, Riu Plaza Espana
• 20% of the booked room allotment per day until 6th May 2024
• 10% of the booked room allotment per day until 5th July 2024
• Additional cancellations and/or non-arrivals will be charged with the full amount. INTERPLAN tries its utmost to re-sale any late cacelled room to keept the costs for the participants as low as possible. In case of a successful re-sale INTERPLAN will refund any overpaid amount deducted by an administration fee of 40 EUR net per re-sold room night. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to Spanish and EU regulation.
• All bookings made after the mentioned dates for free cancellation are automatically binding.
• All late cancelled rooms are subject to 100% cancellation fees, which are charged for all cancelled room nights. Non-arrivals or No-Shows are handled as cancellations.

Group Addministration Fee

• A fee of 275 EUR per booked hotel applies. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to Spanish and EU regulation. 

Payment

Full pre-payment is required. Payments shall be carried out by bank transfer according to the following schedule:

• Upon contract signature
• Changes to block will be invoiced and due immediately by the time of booking

• Bank charges must be covered by the payee.
• Payment by company credit card is available upon request. A credit card fee of 3% of the total amount applies. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to Spanish and EU regulation.

Changes of the invoice address after contract´s signature will be carried out against an administration fee of 150 EUR net. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to Spanish and EU regulation.

These very strict terms and conditions are Madrid hotel specific and not Interplan´s preferred way of working.
