For your booking within the EASD congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data (Name, IP, required data for CME) and your consumer behavior is imperative. This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event. We will collect your data on behalf of INTERPLAN Congress, Meeting & Event Management AG Landsberger Str. 155 | 80687 München.

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).
The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.

We have several allotments in great hotels for you to attend the 2022 EASD Congress in Stockholm.
Please choose your arrival and departure date and search for your preferred hotel.
Online reservations can be made according to availability.

Should you need special recommendations, do not hesitate to contact us.

If your request is outside the official congress date and the hotel is stated "full", please use an available arrival - and departure date and state your preferred dates in the field "Special requirements" on the NEXT page.

Cancellation terms Free cancellation is only availabe until a given date. This date depends on the hotel booked. Cancellations are divided into 3 groups. Which hotels belongs to which group can be found at the end of the Terms & Conditions. Group 1: 11.03.2022 *Group 2: 13.05.2022 **Group 3: 10.06.2022 *** All bookings made only after the mentioned dates for free cancellation are automatically binding. All late cancelled rooms are subject to 100% cancellation fees, which are charged for all cancelled room nights. Non-arrivals or No-Shows are handled as cancellations. Payment terms: The booker has to pay the full amount of the booking (accommodation including VAT and breakfast, unless otherwise mentioned) when finishing the online booking form or once the booking has been confirmed by the team per email. As soon as the booking is through, the terms & conditions apply. Any additional costst (parking, mini-bar, restaurant etc.) must be paid directly at the hotel.
