EHA2023 Childcare

EHA is pleased to offer complimentary professional childcare services for all registered Congress participants’ children throughout the duration of the EHA2023 Congress.

With these childcare services, EHA wants to help its participants to harmonize a fulfilling family life with a successful professional career. The agency “KIDS Betreuung” arranges and coordinates childcare throughout Germany for many years. The “KIDS Betreuung” team consists of caretakers from the pedagogic sector with many years of experience. Creative ideas and appropriate materials will provide a relaxed atmosphere and unforgettable moments for your children while you participate in sessions at the Congress.

The childcare services will be available on the following days and times:

Saturday, 10 June 07:45 – 19:30 CEST*

Sunday, 11 June 07:45 – 14:45 CEST*

Please carefully read the Terms of use of the KIDS Betreuung. You will be asked to agree to the Terms of use prior using these facilities. Personal details about your child(ren) will be needed.
For safety reasons, EHA does not recommend that children (from 0-17 years old) enter the EHA Congress premises including but not limited to the Exhibition Area, Poster Hall(s), Sessions halls and any other EHA areas.

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the organization (or parts) of the Congress and when the organizational procedure makes this necessary (i.e. operator, hotel).
