Group registration is possible as of 10 participants. Should you wish to purchase for less than 10 participants, please use the individual registration
website available here.

This portal is for registration only. To book hotel accommodation for your group, please contact us.

To make the most of the registration process, please carefully read below: 

  • During this booking process, you are:
    • not required to indicate the names or any other details of each participant. The group namelist has to be uploaded by May 21, 2025 (23:59 CEST), 
    • required to enter your contact details and billing address, and 
    • required to select how many registrations (per registration/membership category) you wish to purchase.

  • Payment method
    • by credit card: the online registration is a secured site; we accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express;
    • by bank transfer: payment by bank transfer is accepted until May 2, 2025. 

  • Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a group namelist template and a link to upload your group namelist into our database.
    The completed group namelist has to be uploaded by May 21, 2025 (23:59 CEST) into our database.
    The following details for each participant are mandatory:
    • Full name 
    • Personal email address (Each participant will receive their personal platform access link via the personal email you registered them. Each participant 
      will be required to create a profile on the Congress platform with this email address to access livestreamed and on-demand content from 
      the Congress. The certificate of participation will be sent by email as of Sunday, June 16 to the participant's email address and will be accessible 
      on their profile on the Congress platform)
    • Country/region of practice
    • HCP prescriber status (for each participant you must confirm whether they are authorized to prescribe or dispense medicine)
    • Membership status – for (Junior) EHA members their membership number is required. If your participant wishes to become an EHA member, please contact membership@ehaweb.org,or share this link with them to let them choose their membership.
    • EBAH-CME account number (only required if the participant wants to collect CME credits during the congress)
  • Upon receipt of your uploaded namelist we will send you the access link to your group management portal in order to make changes to your group bookings.
  • Once the final name list has been received, ehagroups@interplan.de will send out an email to your group members individually to obtain further details for EHA statistics. This will be done in the last week of May.
  • As of June 5, 2025, date on which the Congress platform opens, your participants will receive their personal platform access link. On their first access, they will have to fill in a few questions, unless these are already completed via the previously sent personalized link. This is to help EHA monitor the Congress participants. The questions are regarding DOB, institute, type of institution, profession, years of experience and so on. All additional details will help EHA in adapting its services the best way possible.

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the organization (or parts) of the Congress and when the organizational procedure makes this necessary (i.e. operator, hotel). Please note that EHA Members benefit from a significant discount on the Congress registration fee! Feel free to ask your participants if they are EHA members and indicate it on your overview by adding their membership number.   • As of Thursday, June 12, 2025, you may watch all the livestreaming of the Congress program and access all the pages of the Congress platform using your credentials.
  • Until Friday, August 15, 2025, you may watch conveniently and at your own pace all the available on-demand content of the Congress program.
  • After Friday, August 15, 2025, visit the EHA Library for selected open access content.

Virtual registration does not give access to the activities being held in Milan, Italy (entrance to the Congress center, Meeting Hub, Exhibition, pocket program, lunches and so on). Access to the Congress platform will be valid: 

  • As of Thursday, June 5, 2025 or Friday, June 6, 2025, you will receive your personal access link to the Congress platform on either of these days on the email you registered with and will be able to complete your profile.
  • As of Thursday, June 12, 2025, you may watch all the livestreaming of the Congress program and access all the pages of the Congress platform via your profile.
  • Until Friday, August 15, 2025, you may watch conveniently and at your own pace all the available on-demand content of the Congress program.
  • After Friday, August 15, 2025, visit the EHA library for selected open access content.

Visa Invitation Letter

Italy is part of the Schengen area. Please check whether you need a visa to enter Italy on the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs here.
If any of your group participants do need a visa, please apply as early as possible. To aid the application you can request a visa invitation letter.
This invitation letter will be sent to you as PDF attachment by e-mail after receipt of your registration payment.
