  • Payment method:  
    • by credit card: the online registration platform is a secured site; we accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express;
    • by bank transfer: payment by bank transfer is accepted until May 2, 2025. 
  • Registration tips: 
    • It is not possible to register several participants in one step through this registration page. You need to register each participant
      one by one as their registration email needs to be unique. 
    • Each participant will receive their registration confirmation and their personal platform access link via the email they registered with. 
    • Each participant will be required to create a profile on the Congress platform with this email address to access livestreamed and
      on-demand content from the Congress. 
    • The certificate of participation will be sent by email as of Sunday, June 15 to the email you registered with and will be accessible on
      your profile on the Congress platform.        
    • You must complete all steps to register. It is not possible to save or return to an incomplete registration. Therefore, please make sure
      you have all necessary details prior to initiating the registration process.

If you choose Yes, it means you are authorized to prescribe or dispense medicine and therefore entitled to get information on (pharmaceutical) companies’ products. 
If you choose No, it means you are NOT authorized to prescribe or dispense medicine and therefore you are restricted to certain content especially content about prescription drugs. 

Your name badge will specify whether you are a prescriber or non-prescriber according to the answer given here.

* Are you (the participant being registered) a patient advocate?

If you choose Yes, your badge will be automatically categorized as patient advocate (same badge as any delegate but with the indication of you being a patient advocate). 
If you choose No, your badge will be the one from the category you choose (member, non-member, junior member).

In Italy, unfortunately, nurses and patients representatives/advocates are considered non-HCPs and therefore are not able to access the Exhibition Area.

Virtual registration does not give access to the activities being held in Milan, Italy (entrance to the Congress center, Meeting Hub, Exhibition, pocket program, lunches and so on). Access to the Congress platform will be valid:

Request for Visa Letter

Italy is part of the Schengen area. Please check whether you need a visa to enter Italy on the website of the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs  here.
If you do need a visa, please apply as early as possible. To aid the application you can request a visa invitation letter here below by selecting "I require a Visa letter". The invitation letter will be sent to you as PDF attachment by e-mail after receipt of your registration payment.
