EHA2026 Congress Group Registration Portal

Group registration is possible as of 10 participants. Should you wish to purchase for less than 10 participants, please use the individual registration website available here.

This portal is for registration only. To book hotel accommodation for your group, please see options via this link.

To make the most of the registration process, please carefully read below:

- During this booking process, you are:
  - not required to indicate the names or any other details of each participant. The group namelist has to be uploaded by May 20, 2026 (23:59 CEST),
  - required to enter your contact details and billing address, and
  - required to select how many registrations (per registration/membership category) you wish to purchase.
- Payment method
  - by credit card: the online registration is a secured site; we accept VISA, Eurocard/Mastercard and American Express;
  - by bank transfer: payment by bank transfer is accepted until May 4, 2026.
- Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a group namelist template and a link to upload your group namelist into our database.
  The completed group namelist has to be uploaded by May 20, 2026 (23:59 CEST) into our database.
  
  The following details for each participant are mandatory:
  - Title
  - First Name
  - Family Name
  - Gender Identity
  - Country/Region of Practice
  - Organization/Institute Name
  - Participant's email address (Each participant will receive their personal platform access link via the personal email you registered them. Each participant will be required to create a profile on the Congress platform with this email address to access livestreamed and on-demand content from the Congress. The certificate of participation will be sent by email as of Sunday, June 14 to the participant's email address and will be accessible on their profile on the Congress platform)
  - Healthcare Professional status (If "yes" selected: it means the person classifies as HCP : any natural person that is a member of the medical, dental, pharmacy or nursing professions or any other person who, in the course of his/her professional activities, may prescribe, purchase, supply, recommend or administer a Medicinal Product and whose primary practice, principal professional address or place of incorporation is in Europe. For the purpose of this Code, the definition of HCPs includes: (i) any official or employee of a government, agency or other organisation (whether in the public or private sector) that may prescribe, purchase, supply, recommend or administer Medicinal Products and (ii) any employee of a Member Company whose primary occupation is that of a practising HCP, but excludes (x) all other employees of a Member Company and (y) a wholesaler or distributor of Medicinal Products. Reference: EFPIA Code of Practice.
    If "no" selected: it means the person is not classified as HCP and will be restricted to certain content and areas.)
  - Membership status – for (Junior) EHA members their membership number is required. If your participant wishes to become an EHA member, please contact membership@ehaweb.org, or share this link with them to let them choose their membership.
  - Patient advocate (yes/no)

- Upon receipt of your uploaded namelist we will send you the access link to your group management portal in order to make changes to your group bookings.
- Once the final name list has been received, ehagroups@interplan.de will send out an email to your group members individually to obtain further details for EHA statistics. This will be done in the last week of May.
- As of June 4, 2026 or June 5, 2026, date on which the Congress platform opens, your participants will receive their personal platform access link. On their first access, they will have to answer a few profile questions, unless these are already completed via the previously sent personalized link (end of May). This helps EHA enhance the Congress experience to registered participants. The questions are regarding date of birth, institute, type of institution, profession, years of experience and so on. All additional details will help EHA in adapting its services the best way possible.

For your booking within the above-mentioned Congress, the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means of the organization and completion of the event. We will collect your data on behalf of the European Hematology Association, Koninginnegracht 12b, 2514 AA The Hague, The Netherlands.
Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the organization (or parts) of the Congress and when the organizational procedure makes this necessary (i.e. operator, hotel). As of Thursday, June 4, 2026 or Friday, June 5, 2026, you will receive your personal access link to the Congress platform on either of these days on the email you registered with and will be able to complete your profile.
As of Thursday, June 11, 2026, you may watch all the livestreaming of the Congress program and access all the pages of the Congress platform using your credentials.
Until October 15, 2026, you may watch conveniently and at your own pace all the available on-demand content of the Congress program.
After October 15, 2026, visit the EHA Library for selected open access content.
