Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the organization (or parts) of the Congress and when the organizational procedure makes this necessary (i.e. operator, hotel). Access to the Congress platform will be valid:

  • As of Thursday, June 4, 2026 or Friday, June 5, 2026, you will receive your personal access link to the Congress platform on either of these days on the email you registered with and will be able to complete your profile.
  • As of Thursday, June 11, 2026, you may watch all the livestreaming of the Congress program and access all the pages of the Congress platform using your credentials.
  • Until October 15, 2026, you may watch conveniently and at your own pace all the available on-demand content of the Congress program.
  • After October 15, 2026, visit the EHA Library for selected open access content.

Virtual registration does not give access to the activities being held in Stockholm, Sweden (entrance to the Congress center, Connect Hub, Exhibition, pocket program, lunches and so on). Access to the Congress platform will be valid:

Request for Visa Letter

Sweden is part of the Schengen area. Please check whether you need a visa to enter Sweden on the website of the Swedish Ministry of Foreign Affairs here.
If you do need a visa, please apply as early as possible. To aid the application you can request a visa invitation letter here below by selecting "I require a Visa letter". The invitation letter will be sent to you as PDF attachment by e-mail after receipt of your registration payment.
