Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New). For your booking within the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event. We will collect your data on behalf of Klinikum der LMU AöR, Marchioninistrasse 15, 81377 München. Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary. The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.

Please note that we will check all registrations with our database to ensure that only EPOS members can avail of discounted registration fees. If you are not a member, you will be required to pay the difference between member and non member rates to attend this congress.

To apply for the travel grant a personal CV has to be sent to info@epos-focus.org including name, address, date of birth, training, current appointment, presentations and publications. Clinical interest and/or scientific work of the applicant as well as the co-workers.

Terms and Conditions
Cancellation policy Registration fees: All cancellation and amendment requests must be submitted in writing to the conference office by e-mail to epos@interplan.de. Cancellation requests received in writing prior to 9 September 2022 will receive a refund of registration fee after deduction of a 35.00 EUR cancellation fee. No refund will be made after this date, however an alternative participant’s name may be submitted.
