For your booking within the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event. We will collect your data on behalf of EPRW Company Limited by Guarantee, 217 Morell Dale, Naas, Co. Kildare, W91 HDX8, Ireland. Your data will be collected to inform you on additional EPRW initiatives. Recipients of EPRW newsletters have the right to opt-out at any time. Your data will only be passed on to a third party, which is directly involved with the operational running of the congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

The guest agrees that photographs and/or video recordings may be made of him/her during the event, which may be used in all media without restriction as to time, place or content. In this respect, the guest waives the right to assert his/her "right to his/her own image".

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the conference office by email to eprw@interplan.de. Cancellations received in writing prior to April 15, 2026 will receive a refund of the registration fee (minus 35 € processing fee). No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative participant's name may be submitted. General Information: Fees are shown in € and include 21% Dutch VAT ( except for attendees from the Netherlands with VAT-ID, as 0% reverse charge ) Contact Information: For any enquiries regarding registration please contact: eprw@interplan.de

Take advantage of our reserved room block and book a room directly at the venue: Hotel-booking

Attention: Please be aware that a big international medical congress with approximately 15,000 participants will take place in Rotterdam shortly before our event. This will significantly affect hotel availability in the city around that time.
We therefore strongly recommend booking your accommodation as early as possible to ensure suitable lodging during our conference dates.
