Cancellation Policy
All refunds requests must be in writing by mail to the Conference Secretary (reg-erosita24@interplan.de) as soon as possible. The Conference committee reserves the right to refuse reimbursement of part or all of the fee in the case of late cancellation. However, each case of cancellation would be considered individually.

Please verify your selection before processing your payment. Once you select your payment method, you can not return to this page.

Kindly note that payments via bank transfer need to be settled by 31 August 2024. Registrations that have not been paid for will be deactivated after this date.
