If you are registering a group of maximum 9 participants and you are NOT planning to attend the congress yourself, please tick "I am not attending" and enter your personal information and billing address first as the main contact for this group registration. After that, please select the "Group Size" (number of participants) via the dropdown menu. Then enter the first and last name of each group participant. Thereafter, you may commence with the detailed registration for the first name first and when you have finished, then each of the other names can be registered individually. 

If you are also planning to attend the congress yourself, then please directly enter the "Group Size" (number of participants) below (including yourself) and start with your name first (name no. 1 = group contact) when entering the first and last names. Then start with your own registration first and after having finished your registration you can register each of the other guests individually.

Group Registration (10 participants upwards)
For group registrations from 10 upwards, please contact esge@interplan.de to receive your personalised online group registration link. Kindly include key information such as name and email address of the group coordinator in your email request.

Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New). For your group booking within the above-mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data and personal data of your guests (name, IP, required data for CME) and your consumer behaviour is imperative. We will collect your data and the data of your guests on behalf of the European Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (ESGE), Landwehrstr. 9, 80336 Munich, Germany. Your data and the data of your guests will only be passed onto third parties directly involved in the running of the congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel, mobile app, virtual platform, Failte Ireland). Registration to this congress cannot be processed, if we do not receive your consent and the consent on behalf of all guests you will register.
