Our company, the Interplan AG, handels all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New).
For your booking within the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely for the purpose of organising and running the event.

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and in the oranisational process (operator, hotel). Registration is not possible otherwise.

Accompanying Persons

Accompanying Persons must be registered by name and will have access only to the Conference Dinner, but not the scientific program. They must be accompanied by a person with a full registration when picking up their conference badge at the front desk.

Cancellation policy
Cancellations free of charge are not possible. Cancellations made before 14.08.2024 will receive a refund 75% of the registartion fee minus an administration fee of 50,00 EUR. Cancellations between 15.08. and 27.08.2024 will receive a refund of 50% of the registartion fee minus an administration fee of 50,00 EUR. Cancellations made after 27.08.2024 will receive no refund. Any administration fees made from issuing banks or credit card companies will not be refunded.
