Interplan has been appointed by ECTS* as congress organiser for the 2024 Annual Meeting in Marseille.  
We will also be managing the congress registrations and hotel booking, which implies handling of personal data.
This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event and please be reassured that all personal data will be processed according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New).

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

                  You will receive a confirmation letter via email upon completion of this form. A more detailed registration confirmation and invoice will be emailed
                  to you within the next few working days.

                  Complete one form per delegate and if you need to register more delegates and need one collective invoice, please contact ects@interplan.de.

                  General Information on the Scientific Programme, Registration Fees, Networking Opportunities and 
                  Accommodation can be found on the Congress Website.
                  Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure your
                  payment is received before the applicable deadline. In case of payment after the applicable registration
                  deadline, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.

                  Registration to ECTS 2024 does not give access to the Pre-Congress Programme on Friday, 24 May 2024.
                  For this, please select the relevant registration option.
