List of participants

All participants who register by March 2, 2026 will be included in the list of participants with their participant data (name, company, city). The list of participants is available to all participants in advance as a download. We will send the necessary QR code to the participants with their ticket by e-mail.
If you do not wish to be included in the list of participants, please communicate this by e-mail to: internorga@interplan.de.

 

Data protection Foodservice-Forum

The personal data of the participants will be processed by Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH (if necessary with the support of service providers) for the purpose of organizing and conducting the International Foodservice-Forum 2026. In addition, the data will be processed for the purpose of addressing customers in line with their interests (Art. 6(1) lit. f DSGVO). Participants have the right to information, correction, deletion or blocking of their personal data. Insofar as the deletion of their personal data stored by Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH is desired, this request will be complied with without delay if deletion does not conflict with documentation or retention obligations. As part of the International Foodservice Forum 2026, Hamburg Messe und Congress GmbH passes on the data of the participants to its cooperation partner, Deutsche Fachverlag GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 251, 60326 Frankfurt, for the organisation and implementation of the International Foodservice Forum 2026. This data is processed to process your registration and is required in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b GDPR for the fulfilment of the order and pre-contractual measures. Data processing is also carried out on the basis of the legitimate economic interest of the cooperation partner pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR for the purpose of ensuring the smooth processing of the registration, the efficient processing of any queries, the needs-based design of offers, for product information and for customer care. The cooperation partner also uses your e-mail address for its own advertising purposes in order to send you current offers and information from the company. Booking overview

Terms and conditions
1. Registration / Participation Fee Registration is binding. After we receive your registration, you will receive a written confirmation of registration and an invoice. The invoice amount is due upon receipt of the invoice. All prices are subject to VAT. 2. Replacement participants; cancellation If you are unable to attend after registering, a replacement participant can be named at any time and at no additional cost. If you still wish to cancel your registration, the following applies: – Cancellation is possible at any time free of charge up to two (2) months before the start of the event; – After that and up to one (1) month before the start of the event, 50% of the participation fees are payable in the event of cancellation. – In the event of later cancellation, the participation fee is payable in full. Cancellations must be made in writing. The decisive date is the date on which we receive the cancellation notice. Please check your exact billing address so that we can send you an invoice. In the event of incorrect information and re-invoicing, a processing fee of EUR 10.00 will be charged per invoice. In the event of a double payment by bank transfer, a processing fee of EUR 15.00 will be charged for the refund of the overpaid amount. Participation includes access to the download area for the conference presentations, refreshments during breaks, and an INTERNORGA season ticket.
