Interplan has been appointed by ECTS* as congress organiser for the 2026 Annual Meeting in Girona.  
We will also be managing the congress registrations and hotel booking, which implies handling of personal data.
This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event and please be reassured that all personal data will be processed according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New).

Participant Board
All participants who register by March 24, 2026, will have their participant data (name, country) included on the Participant Board. The Participant Board is a foam board displaying the data above which will be available to all participants on-site. If you do not wish to be included on the Participant Board, please contact ects@interplan.de. 

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

                     General Information on the Scientific Programme, Registration Fees, Networking Opportunities and 
                     Accommodation can be found on the Congress Website.
                     Registrations can only be validated and confirmed when accompanied by payment. Please make sure your
                     payment is received before the applicable deadline. In case of payment after the applicable registration
                     deadline, the higher registration fee shall automatically apply.

                  Trainees = PhD students, Undergraduates, Residents, Fellows, Junior Post docs (within 3 years of PhD) /
                   Allied Health Professionals (AHP) = nurses, physiotherapists, radiologists, nutritionists and dieticians /

                   Patient Group Representative = member or a paid member of the staff of a patient organisation and the patient organisation

                   is a registered charity. To verify your Trainee/Allied Health Professional/Patient Group Representative status, a copy of your

                   student ID card or a written confirmation from your chairman, head of department or programme director is required.
