Interplan AG handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New).

In order to process your registration for ECTS 2022, the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data (name, IP, required data for CME) and your consumer behavior is imperative. This collection of data is undertaken with the sole purpose of organising and conducting the afore-mentioned event.
Your personal data is being collected by INTERPLAN Congress, Meeting & Event Management AG,  Landsberger Str. 155,  80687, München.  
Your data will only be passed on to a third party directly involved in the running of the event and when the organisational process makes this necessary (operator, hotel).

Your registration to this congress will not be possible if your consent to collecting this data is not provided.

Thank you very much for your group hotel request for ECTS 2022. 
We will do our utmost to fulfil your wishes and will check availability of the rooms and nights required as quickly as possible.
 
We will send you our offer by e-mail and request your approval, in order to finalise the reservation.
If you require additional rooms for pre and post event nights, please state the required dates on the last page under "Details on request".

A group administration fee of € 150,00 net per hotel will apply.

After the free cancellation date the hotel is entitled to charge up to 100% of the contracted rate for any cancelled night. 

Bookings made after the final cancellation date are considered binding and may not be cancelled free of charge. 
INTERPLAN will try its best to resell any cancelled rooms/nights, with the goal to minimising or offset cancellation charges for the client where possible.

Payment

Full payment of 100% is required by 10 January 2022 or with signing the contract
