All bookings made only after the mentioned dates for free cancellation are automatically binding.
All late cancelled rooms are subject to 100% cancellation fees, which are charged for all cancelled room nights. Non-arrivals or No-Shows are handled as cancellations.
Payment terms for individual bookings:
Third Party Bookings can be done online and have to be paid directly when confirming the rooms.
If you cancel the rooms prior tot he free cancellation deadline, we will refund the money to you.
If you only make your room booking after the specified date for free cancellation, your booking is automatically binding and free cancellation is excluded.
INTERPLAN endeavors to sell all rooms/nights returned after the specified dates for free cancellation elsewhere in order to keep the costs for the participants as low as possible.
In the event of a successful resale, any deposits minus a processing fee of € 35.00 net will be refunded after the event, or the credit card will be charged with this processing fee.
