Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New). For your booking with the above-mentioned conference the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data (name, required personal data fpr registration, IP) and your consumer behaviour is imperative. This is undertaken solely to enable the organisation and completion of the event. We will collect your data on behalf of CureVac SE, Friedrich-Miescher-Str. 15, 72076 Tübingen, Germany. Your data will only be passed onto third parties directly involved in the running of the conference and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator, hotel, mobile app, virtual platform). Registration to this conference cannot be processed, if we do not receive your consent. Personal Data & Billing Address

The booking confirmation and invoice will be sent to the email address you indicate below. There will be no invoices sent via post. Please indicate a correct billing address, since amendments required after receipt of the booking confirmation and invoice will be charged with a handling fee of 50 € (EUR).

Conference Registration

Berlin Tickets

The Berlin ticket fee includes:

• Access to the sessions and poster exhibition on Tuesday, October 31, Wednesday, November 1 and Thursday, November 2
• Access to the presentation of companies in the industry exhibition
• Access to the Get Together on Monday, October 30 and the networking evening event on Tuesday, October 31
• Access to the virtual platform and the on-demand content during and after the conference for three months

Online Tickets

The online ticket fee includes:

• Access to the virtual platform prior to the event by October 25 to get to know the platform and start networking. The on-demand content will be available for three months after the conference.

Booking terms and conditions

The registration allows access to: • the sessions and poster exhibition in Berlin or online • the industry exhibition in Berlin or online • the Get Together on October 30, 2023 (for Berlin tickets only) • the networking evening event on Octoberr 31, 2023 (for Berlin tickets only) • the virtual platform during the conference incl. networking features (for online tickets only) • the on-demand content after the conference (3 months) Cancellation policy: All cancellations and amendments must be submitted in writing to the conference office by fax to +49 (0)89 54 82 34-43 or by email to mrna@interplan.de. Cancellations received in writing prior to October 2, 2023 will receive a refund of the registration fee (minus 35 EUR processing fee). No refund will be given after this date; however, an alternative participant's name may be submitted until October 27, 2023.
