Our company handles all personal data according to the laws of the EU-Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR) and the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG New).

For your booking within the above mentioned congress the collecting, saving and processing of your personal data is imperative. This is done solely as a means of the organisation and completion of the event. 
We will collect your data on behalf of the WISTA Germany Event GmbH, Brooktorkai 18, 20457 Hamburg.

Your data will only be passed onto a third party, who is directly involved with the running of the Congress and when the organisational procedure makes this necessary (operator). 

The registration to this congress is not possible if we do not get this.

Please choose your preferred arrival and departure date and search for available hotels. If your prefered hotel is not available,
please send us a mail with your personal request to wista@interplan.de
 
Online reservations are only possible between check-in Tuesday, 15 September 2020 and check-out Saturday, 19 September 2020.

Radisson Blu Hamburg

Rising high above Hamburg's CCH Conference Centre, this design hotel offers a spa with panoramic terrace, gourmet cuisine, and free Wi-Fi. After 50 meters you will reach the S-Bahn station Dammtor. The soundproofed rooms at the 4-star superior hotel are decorated in natural or urban style. All rooms include a flat-screen TV, facilities for making tea and coffee and a safe. The traditional restaurant Felini offers Italian food, enjoy Exotic Polynesian specialties in the Trader Vics Restaurant and Mai Tai Bar.

Free cancellation of the booking is not possilble anymore. Bookings are binding and will not be cancelled free of charge. In case of a cancellation, Interplan/the hotel reserves the right to charge up to 100% for any cancelled night. Interplan tries its utmost to re-sell any cancelled room in order to avoid high cancellation costs for you. In case of a successful re-sale INTERPLAN will refund any overpaid amount deducted by an administration fee of EURO 30.00 net. This fee is subject to statutory VAT according to German and EU regulations. Information of the resale state of a late cancelled booking can be given after the event only. The given credit card data will be forwarded to the hotel. In case of a non-arrival or late cancellation the hotel/Interplan is entitled to charge any amount due to the given credit card. Please pay the complete amount due directly to the hotel upon arrival.

Motel One Hamburg am Michel

The design hotel at Hamburg's famous landmark “Michel” reflects on the special connection the Beatles have with our Hanseatic City. The Fab Four played their first major concerts at Star-Club on Große Freiheit, and the original lettering in our Starclub Bar pays tribute to this claim to fame. What the Beatles are to music, we endeavour to be to design. Model ships and ship lights, a photographic collage featuring aerial views of the port of Hamburg and pendant lights made from old pulleys characterise the maritime design of our Motel One Hamburg am Michel. Some of the most important sights of the city are located within walking distance of our hotel: the Reeperbahn, the port and the floating dock (Landungsbrücken).
